The Solution
Following an initial consultation with the customer, Walters began
constructing a plan. Ideas and concepts were shared over email, where the customer gave specifications and layouts, with virtual meetings to finalise the layout and furniture requirements.
Walters invited the customer to visit its head office to review the bespoke design’s wide range of furnishings and finishes.
As the new office building was still under construction, installation flexibility was essential and something the Walters team was able to support.
With a ten-year product guarantee on all furniture and a relationship manager only an email away, the customer remains assured that Walters is on hand for any questions or issues.
